Note: the registration fee covers:
  1. conference proceedings
  2. participation in all conference sessions and accompanying events
  3. overnighting at the conference center since June 2nd till June 6th 2002
  4. meals starting with supper on June 2nd till lunch on June 6th 2002
  5. accompanying persons are guaranteed meals and overnighting only
